SFO Terminal 1

SFO Terminal 1, known as Harvey Milk Terminal 1, hosts inbound and outbound domestic flights within the US and is home of domestic boarding areas B (B6-B27) and C (C2-C11). 

Present & future

The construction of the new Terminal 1 comprises the full renovation of Boarding Area B and the construction of Harvey Milk Terminal 1 Center (T1C), which will have a centralized checkpoint, a new baggage handling system, food, drink and retail concessions and further post-security connection walkways to access to both International boarding areas A and G. There are some renovation works taking place at the moment, although terminal is fully operative. 

LEVELS

SFO Terminal 1 consists of the following levels:

Level 1

Arrivals and baggage claim area in both B and C gates sections.

Services: Restrooms, Southwest Bag Claim Office, Delta Airlines Bag Claim Office, Lost & found.

Level 2

This is the Departures and Boarding level.

There are a couple of boarding areas and each one has its own security check point: 

Domestic B boarding area

Boarding B area hosts Gates B6-B27.

From this level is possible to connect to both the International Main Hall and to Boarding Area C.

Due to the works done in the boarding level, boarding area B has nowadays 18 gates open.

Available services: Information counters, hotel boards, restrooms, etc.

Domestic C boarding area

Boarding C area hosts Gates C2-C11.

It is possible to connect to both boarding areas B and D.

Services: Café, meeting point, Delta Sky Club lounge, Shops and restrooms.

Level 3

Level 4

Find in this level AirTrain Terminal 1 Station.

Level 5

Domestic Parking Garage.
